Access and Permissions Management

We offer granular access and permissions management through two key vehicles:

User Group Management

Our user group management system allows you to flexibly categorize users and define their access to organizational knowledge sources, ensuring only authorized groups can view specific information. You can create multiple user groups based on your organization's needs, assign users and knowledge sources to these groups as required, and manage permissions through the management console, where users can access only the information their assigned groups are permitted to see.

Permissions Inheritance

When you integrate knowledge into eranova using our ready to go connectors, such as SharePoint or Outlook, we automatically adopt the existing access controls from your source system. This ensures that users only access information they are already authorized to view, maintaining security and compliance effortlessly.
